Now we can report this with certainty. It is indeed true that National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bamanga Tukur, has resigned.
Our source reports that President Goodluck Jonathan announced this after receiving his resignation, and the National Executive Council will meet on Monday to appoint a new Chairman from the North East.
Potentials for the position include Minister of Transport,  Idris Umar, allegedly a favourite of the First Lady, while some PDP governors want  former Governor of Bauchi, Mr. Adamu Muazu, as the next  chairman of the party.

Is this coming too late? After the mass exedus to APC

Ice Prince, who has been touring and enjoying the superstar life since his E.L.I. album was released is finally out with 2 new singles to remind us of what we have missed these past few months. “Aboki” which means “brother” in Hausa is a song that celebrates the north of Nigeria and its successful peoples, Chopstix did a solid job on the beat. “More” is a little bit more soulful and solemn; speaks about relationships and all that good stuff. Overall, they are high level efforts.
