Meet the Iraqi housewife who boasts about cooking the heads of ISIS fighters

A gun-wielding Iraqi grandmother has reportedly boasted of beheading ISIS fighters and cooking their bodies. 39 year old Wahida, aka Um Hanadi, is said to brag that she is "more wanted than the Prime Minister" by the terrorist group.
She reportedly leads a force of 70 male fighters in the town of Shirqat, 50 miles south of the Iraqi city of Mosul.

African Start-Up profiles entrepreneurs in Africa on their effort in making  their dreams a reality

Retired doctor and founder of the first online Nigerian grocery store,, Olumide Olusanya, was featured on CNN’s ‘African Start-Up’ series, which highlights Africa's SME entrepreneurs.

In the interview on CNN’s African Start-up programme, Olumide Olusanya said the idea of starting an online grocery store came to him when he saw his wife juggling the tasks of raising three small kids while managing a full time job. He was motivated to make grocery shopping easier for all especially working mothers.

In the interview with CNN correspondent Zain Asher, she talks about her childhood ambition to become a reputable lawyer, and how she opted for a higher education at Harvard Law School to achieve her goal. She plans to use her position and experience to influence aspirating young lawyers about good work ethic and integrity.

Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, a towering figure in postwar British and world politics and the only woman to become British prime minister, has died at the age of 87.

She suffered a stroke Monday, her spokeswoman said.

Thatcher's funeral will be at St. Paul's Cathedral, with full military honors, followed by a private cremation, the British prime minister's office announced.

A Nigerian Professor, Ilesanmi Adesida made history last month by becoming the first black Provost/Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of the well-respected University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in the United States.
Born in Ondo State, Prof Adesida is a Nigerian engineer whose outstanding work in the field of Nanotechnology has received much acclaim in the scientific community. He was also the head of the Electrical Engineering Department at Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Nigeria.

Minister of Petroleum Resources Flown to Uk for Treatment

That is what SaharaReporters is reporting. According to SR, the Minister for Petroleum Resources has been flown to a UK hospital for medical treatment.

Sources disclosed to SR that Mrs. Madueke's condition did not require immediate hospitalization, but described it as "potentially serious." The source, who is a medical doctor, was only willing to divulge that the minister's diagnosis is for a condition related to abnormal cell development in her body. The doctor declined to disclose if the diagnosis was a form of cancer, but said Mrs. Alison-Madueke's condition "assumed a dire dimension recently."

Its unconfirmed but if it is true,we wish her quick recovery.

2000 Nigerian students face deportation from UK

A London university has been banned from teaching overseas students, leaving more than 2,000 undergraduates potentially facing deportation.
London Metropolitan University has had its right to sponsor students from outside the EU revoked, and will no longer be allowed to authorise visas.
Ministers have concerns over issues such as whether or not students are working instead of attending courses.
