Six-Year-Old Secretly Orders Over £200 Worth Of Toys On Mum's Phone

We've all been there. We've let a friend or family member borrow our phone for a seemingly innocent task and ended up regretting that decision.

Typically it ends up with something embarrassing being posted on our social media or a whole load of weird and wonderful photos being added to your camera roll.

But for one woman in Arizona, handing over her phone resulted in a rather large sum of her money being spent, without her knowledge.

And it turns out the person who scammed her, was none other than her six-year-old daughter Kaitlin.

The day before the incident, Kaitlin's mum had let the child order a Barbie doll off of her Amazon account as a special treat.

Later on, the young girl had asked to borrow the phone to check on the delivery status of the doll.

Her mum, being a trusting person, was happy to oblige her daughter's request.

But it turns out Kaitlin had an ulterior motive for wanting to go on Amazon .

An Amazon delivery driver turned up at their home the next day and started unloading box after box from his van.

The girl's mum was confused, and checked her account, seeing, much to her horror, pages and pages of orders.

Kaitlin's cousin, Ria Diyalou, shared a post about the incident on Twitter , which has now gone viral.

n an update on Twitter, Ria added that her cousin had now decided to donate all of the toys to a children's hospital where she spent a week as a baby.

Apparently she wanted to "give a little joy" to those who aren't well.
